Getting better - Anonymous employee Aries Industries Employee Review

Aries listens to new ideas and constantly shows appreciation for employees and gives back. The bonus program is great and a few of my colleagues have gotten promoted internally. I like the games we play on the front lawn in the summer, nice to get away from the work stuff.

The health insurance deductible is $5000 but Aries pays $2500 of it if I do the HRA. Not a bad trade off.

Good pay with above average benefits. Forward thinking and innovative upper level company management .

Tremendous amounts of upheaval due to constant personal changes. Shifting department goals, coupled with endless starting and stopping of projects.
