Thank you for taking the time to respond. We agree, many of the changes should have happened in the past. While we wish we can change the past, we can only change the future. Training was almost non-existent with Aries until now. The new training program with the foundational training and functional training will bridge that gap. Again, we wish we can train everyone in one day on all aspects of the training identified and documented, it just isn't feasible. We believe that this is going to make Aries even better.
