Cons
Management is unwilling to change to hear out complaints. They are also in the mindset that a simple 'atta-boy' every quarter is out of the question. Management is unqualified for the role they are in and cannot handle conflicts. Lazy coworkers are not reprimanded, you are expected to hash out job performance issues with other coworkers.
They will make you feel like there is no better place to be but only lift up 'favorites' who happen to be of the same race and political mindset as themselves. Zero job development. You're sucked in because they'll tell you that this job can be your career and that you'll be valued. This is not a career, it's a call center. The minute you tell them you're leaving, no matter the blood sweat, and tears you gave, they'll thank you for your time and show you the door.
