      Very stable company with great stock options and packages, very smart team and good leadership, and lots of opportunity to grow

      Cons

      Commissions are paid quarterly and not monthly like the industry standard, still operates like a startup, lots of big egos at the upper levels of leadership

      Fantastic engineering talent and collaborative environment

      Cons

      Horrible leadership. Starting from the top, upper management does not care at all about employees. No career development. Minimal benefits. Poor pay. Billionaire CEO, minimal pay to employees that are making it happen. Look at the demographics in the CO rating, and make your own decision about what kind of place that was to work.
