Pros
Europe’s TAC is an amazing team but with artificial resource constraints which are compensated to a great extent by the talent and ownership of its members.
Cons
People have to develop to be relevant, which they do… but that makes them relevant to other job positions as well. So they leave, and are not easily replaced due to the region’s hiring characteristics (company and regional issues).
