Horrible leadership. Starting from the top, upper management does not care at all about employees. No career development. Minimal benefits. Poor pay. Billionaire CEO, minimal pay to employees that are making it happen. Look at the demographics in the CO rating, and make your own decision about what kind of place that was to work.
