Pros

Cons
Some of the business systems (like the HR systems) are a bit archaic and need to be fixed, but this is a minor annoyance, unless you work in HR I guess. Some processes are more complicated then they need to be (booking travel, purchasing approvals) but in fairness some of this stuff is getting better.
