      Too much bureaucracy, No participation in decision making, HR and admin hardly responds on time unless repeated reminders. Gender descrimination

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
