      - Everything is clear and informed about the nature of job as well as your package compensation (No hide and seek game). - Good reputation of the company , especially in Australia which provides 482 work visa for off-shore candidates. - Provides payscale according to market standard. - Team (especially CEO and HR) are very helpful in onboarding and settling you in Australia if you are migrating from other country. - Good guidance by the team in getting 482 work visa. - Good clients to work with and nice work life balance. - Overall is good company to work with.

      Honest Leadership, Positive growth, Sponsored a PR after 4 years of employment and i am still working with them. Salary is paid on 1st of every month and Superannuation within 15th of that month. Your capital grows with the company; very transparent leadership and team. Jeeja, Prosun, Santhom you are doing a great job

      Gave me the opportunity to work with Western Power through Infosys, which I’m genuinely grateful for Smooth onboarding and clear communication around contracts and expectations Easy process for timesheets and monthly admin Supportive and approachable team when needed

      Communication can sometimes feel a bit transactional rather than personal Not always clear what long-term growth or progression looks like
