      Pros

      I came on board in the midst of all coronavirus pandemic so things changed fast in a matter of days and yet they still had employee safety at top of mind. We now all work from home and we haven't missed a beat on collaborating. I love that they really value employee feedback. Some companies say they do, but this company actually backs it up and makes changes accordingly. I have so much appreciation for a company that not just hears but listens too. This is my first time in this environment so I am still adjusting, but it is a nice change for once.

      Pros

      Smart folks, innovated product team, crazy good engineering execution, lot's of talent and A players here, a real unicorn start up with lot's of traction. I get to fix tough problems everyday and I love the folks I work with, no cap

      Cons

      gonna be honest on this on this one, it's a start up so not everything is super clean or apparent in what the next move always is, but hey, that's start up life. Things are getting better here everyday

      A great start up with great backing and incredible products. Much needed in space and will be so successful with some changes.

      Cons

      Arize is a great young start up with a great product and mostly excellent leadership team until you get to the Sales Manager. 1980's misogyny, micromanagement and workplace abuse at it's finest. Management by humiliation. No KPI's, no Metrics, no tracking, just constant criticism but no encouragement or path to success. Not all employees are treated the same.
