Real entrepreneurial spirit. With Dignity/Abrazo shared ownership, there are solid companies behind us but we are run like an independent company. Best of both worlds! Benefits greatly improved over the last year. Staff got nice bonuses right before Christmas based on earnings. CEO is intense but also very nice. New contracts mean we are growing quickly.

IT comes via Dignity and we don’t seem to be a priority for them. Dept culture varies based on managers - some are great and others are not. We are growing so fast that things sometimes feel disorganized.
