Pros

Riding machines, even if they were all crashed, banged up, and bent back to shape using questionable unsafe means.

Cons

The owner's are the most insane unhinged people you will ever meet. Extreme swings in mood and emotion, one moment you're the best employee they've got and 2 seconds later you're being screamed at by the owner and fired for no reason. The owner and managers sell drugs to the employees, many of the people they get to work there are constantly on drugs of one kind or another, taking families out on tours. The owners encourage the mechanics to cut corners on absolutely everything so they are constantly sending unsuspecting first time riders out on unsafe machines, that inevitably cause them to wreck, then the owners charge the guest for the repairs. Their gun range has no certifications whatsoever, and they don't do background checks. So you could be on a gun range, with loaded firearms, and a felon who is not legally allowed to be there, instructing you on the range. People were fired for getting covid, people were fired for needing to take their newborn's to the doctor, people were fired for not working 7 days a week, people were fired for wanting to take days off. People were not fired for being drunk at work taking people on tours, or being high on weed or meth or whatever. People were not fired for drinking and driving, or injuring other employees, or stealing. One manager wrecked a truck drinking and driving, injured himself and another employee, and was not fired. One mechanic wrecked rolled a machine over and nearly killed 3 employees because he took them out in a machine that HAD NO ROOF, that guy wasn't fired. This was an absolutely insane place to work. There is no growth opportunity. There is no insurance or health coverage or anything. You will only be expected to last as an employee for a few months, and that's exactly how you will be treated. EVERYONE is replaceable and expendable. Because the owner irrationally fires everyone all the time, the remaining employees are constantly overloaded and overworked due to being short staffed because the owner threw another temper tantrum. Career opportunities: None there is no place to advance, and they will never give you a raise. They would gladly fire you and hire someone else then give you a raise or even what they agreed to pay you when they hired you. Addtionally, EVERY tour company in the state knows this company and will not hire you if you worked here. They all know what a bad business this is. Compensation: They tell people they will either start you out at either $15 or $18 and move you up to either $18 or $20 after a probationary period. They either fire you at the probationary period or forget all about the pay increase. So the pay is ok, but there are no benefits. Culture and Values: Absolutely NONE. The owners don't respect their employees, their guests, the land they operate on. The community hates this business, the government who authorizes the companies use on public lands wants to shut them down, and they have a mountain of ex employees and customers who have nothing good to say about them. Diversity and Inclusion: Not good. Senior Management: Scatterbrained, loose cannon, unpredictable, unskilled, unknowledgeable about how their business functions. The owner would literally just stand around with a hose watering the dirt and screaming at people who were actually running his business and doing their job. It was a sad and pathetic thing to watch. Work/Life Balance: None. The owner wants slaves. If you have anything to do in your life, the owner will make it between that thing, and your job, you choose. EVERY DAMN TIME, Funeral? Covid? Doctor? Just want a day off because you worked 7 in a row? Is it worth your job? If you have ever interacted with a cocaine addict or meth head you understand the scattered mental processes and illogical thoughts and planning. That's what it's like to work here.
