      Health benefits are the best I've seen. Great benefit for education as well. Most departments offer flexible schedules or other work/life balance benefits.

      Typically lower salary than for-profit organizations.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
