      Pros

      Payment is always on time and you control your own work flow where possible, strong HSE measures in place.

      Cons

      Progress is very slow, due to other contractors on site not meeting deadlines. Changes to design are slow coming through to the construction team, often meaning redoing parts already completed.

      Pros

      Decent salary, benefits, great datacenters as what they do best. Transformative IT is beginning to happen.

      Cons

      Poor onboarding, lacking good leadership, MSP is not focused on, nepotism, to much Sales overhead, lack of customer centric initiatives dealing with MSP implementations.
