Pros
The team is great. They are talented, friendly, and helpful. Everyone is willing to assist each other if they need it.
Cons
The management is terrible. There is virtually no training and no communication. Priorities are either "everything" or not made clear and you are expected to be a mind reader or else it is your fault. The way they handle providing you with constructive criticism is not constructive at all, but more intimidation and bullying. You are expected to work longer than the office hours or else you are looked down upon. Poor work-life balance.
