Enjoyable role and great colleagues to support. I came from another large MAT (a certain Croydon based one beginning with H) that nearly put me off education for life. Being at Ark has made me love being part of the education sector again.

Would like to see more collaboration between teams

Movement between several near vicinity sites makes the day more tolerable and helps pass time when things are stale. Supportive team structure, Team leaders and other Techs were mainly friendly and willing to collab/assist. Some niche benefits, nothing to brag about but helps with monthly costs, e.g. gym membership discounts, Tech discounts at specific retailers (samsung) and more. School buildings were mainly modern and nice to be around. Rooms clearly structured and decent enough facilities. Greatly diverse and some real friendly colleagues

Salary isnt anything to brag about, and as a Roaming Technician travel wasnt expensed for me. Miserly school budgets!
