Pros

Leadership tells it like it is and doesn't sugarcoat. Maybe that doesn't work for everyone, but they don't selectively share more info to "senior" people about how the business is doing and not "juniors". All important milestones, decisions are communicated to everyone. I personally like the people i work with. The people hired in all have something in common. they are good, kind people who have a team mentality. Its not a blame-y culture like in other places I've worked where there's always finger pointing. Yes, while you have to do your job and work towards hitting your goals, its not through fear or negativity.

Cons

The company isn't too big - sub 100 people so everyone, no matter what job title you have is treated like an adult with real accountability and responsibilities. For me, its perfect - however I could see this may not be the right culture for everyone as larger companies have less focus on each and every person.

Pros

Great people, good, kind and want to work together Everyone wants to win here but not at a cost

Cons

Employee base is global meaning there are time differences and at times some teams are still figuring out how to work best asynchronously

Pros

Management - the leadership team at Arkadium walks the walk when it comes to leading by example and being transparent with the rest of the organization The People - Everyone is smart, kind, and respectful. It is extremely rare to hear of employees not getting along. The Products - Who wouldn't want to work at a company where we create fun while having fun?! The Culture - There is a genuine culture of care at Arkadium. I have worked here for nearly 6 years and, as funny as it sounds, there have been some years where our CEO has wished me a happy birthday before my own parents.

Cons

Time zones can be challenging at times as we have offices in New York and Lisbon + remote employees around the world.
