      Build broad portfolio as you need to do everything from A to Z. Good learning platform.

      Cons

      Bad management, bad boss who likes to Micromanage. No worklife balance, everyday OT. High turnover rate as nobody can stand the boss. No change even after feedback from many who resigned.

      Great people Great opportunities Willing to give more responsibility/grow Good work life balance while also still having good drive at work

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, everyone is very understanding and the small office could be a downside for resources, but personally did not find that to be an issue
