      the emphasis now, seems to get the minority metrics up to the company goals. this could be a PRO but some promotions are not the best person lack of retention is hurting knowledge The investment in China is troubling Work/life balance is difficult because staffing is short

      Great people Great opportunities Willing to give more responsibility/grow Good work life balance while also still having good drive at work

      Not a lot of cons, everyone is very understanding and the small office could be a downside for resources, but personally did not find that to be an issue
