Pros

The company has incredible clients and the relationships are really long standing some of them. Great bunch of people and I am still in touch with them. The Partners know their sectors really well and the firm is fully retained as a result,

Cons

Firm lost its way with culture for a bit when I first joined and has got it back. So actually a great turnaround

Pros

- Inclusive environment, both professionally and personally. - Training, you learn mainly on the job, not just recruitment skills, but pretty much everything to set you up in the professional world. - Feedback, people care about the company - a lot. 99% of the time that's a major positive, if something going wrong, they will work with you to fix it (personally or at work). - Independence, as a senior you're given the ability to literally run your own business, if you're successful you can take that where you like - for example, if you're interested in technology, go work with tech clients. - Supportive management, both the MD and the senior team are incredibly supportive. They care about you doing well, at Arkesden and afterwards. - Diverse personalities: Firstly when it comes to internal hiring everyone gets a say. If all of the management likes someone, but a Researcher got a bad vibe, they won't hire them. They don't hire clones and this works really well in the office. It's generally a nice place to work.

Cons

Flexibility - if someone's in client meetings most of the day, they should be allowed to work remotely. Generally, the company is becoming much more open to this, which is great. It's really about becoming more trusting of those who are successful. Technology - needs to be updated a bit.
