Pros
It is a tight set of employees that are always willing to help each other out. The culture is one of collaboration and join effort. I have never been questioned for being sick, or needing a day off. It is very supportive of a work life balance, which is a high priority for me.
Cons
Arkestro is a newer company going through growing pains. The waiting on sales can be trying and anxiety inducing at times. It will get better as we get more deals signed.
