I had a very disappointing experience with Arkyatech due to non-payment and complete lack of response.
Arkyatech failed to make payments owed to me for the months of May and June 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups, emails went unanswered, and even formal demand letters received no response.
What is most concerning is not just the non-payment, but the total absence of professional communication. Any legitimate business should at least acknowledge correspondence and attempt to resolve payment disputes. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.
This situation has caused unnecessary financial stress and wasted significant time trying to get a simple resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to exercise due diligence before engaging in business with Arkyatech.
