Great company culture from the top all the way down. Friendly atmosphere where you interact across teams, the group, and, all they way up to MD and Group CEO. Additional there are plenty of social events where you can mingle outside of work such as summer party, winter ball, race days (fully subsidised),abseiling, mountain climbing, football, rounders, badminton, golf, rounders, pumpkin carving, quizzes, subsidised comedy events etc etc
Good work is recognised and there are paths to advancement in the company; currently I am being sponsored in some further qualifications I requested. There is also a lot of internal opportunities for lateral movements so you can find a role that suits you without having to move.
Lastly great canteen at a great discounted prices
