Pros
work with emerging technology in a growing industry
Cons
-Executives are absent, manipulative, and take petty anger out on employees in public tantrums
-Business practices are shady (sold more stock than they had, terminated an employee just before they earned company stock, take advantage of foreign developers for significantly lower wages, etc)
-Registered as a business in Delaware despite nobody living there, so that wages/taxes are at a minimum and "right-to-work" laws allow them to terminate employees without cause
-"Lock room talk" goes unchecked and marginalizes both female and LGBTQ+ employees, who have a particularly low retention rate at the company
-Executives' use of Twitter and Linkedin is caustic, hurts business, and is embarrassing to associate with
