Part Time - IT Specialist Arlington Computer Products Employee Review

Working at Arlington had more Pros than Cons. Great people, environment, products and pay.

No room for growth.

Flexible hours, easy to take time off when needed. Work was very straightforward and easy to accomplish given the proper skills. Basic hardware and software is all that is needed. Facility was great and security exceptional.

There is no real "team" for the help desk. Other colleagues really only cared about their own work without much helpfulness towards others. Of course there was one or two workers who were helpful, but overall it was a individual effort that got you through. Very expensive and sub par benefits. Very low pay compared to industry. Contractors treated like second-class employees.
