A great place to learn investment banking fundamentals with genuine exposure to live deals. Good deal flow, meaning juniors get hands-on experience from day 1 across transactions. A real positive is the access to senior bankers, all levels including partners are approachable, involved, and willing to teach, which accelerates learning significantly. Many of the bankers have been with Arma for a significant period of time.
The work is challenging and interesting, with a broad range of responsibilities that help you develop both technical and commercial judgement. The culture is supportive and collaborative, especially given the intensity of the work, and there is a real sense that people want you to do well. Overall, a solid environment for building experience and growing quickly.
