Small business. A lot of multi functional jobs to do. Close nit company. Good stepping stone to move to bigger things

Pay was low. And I never got a pay raise. Chances of promotion are low. Additional training was promised to rejected later

* Very good and highly supportive work environment with an excellent work culture * Excellent work/life balance with no requirement for or expectation of overtime and/or weekend working * Management are very approachable, supportive and helpful * Keen to make group decisions and to listen to all voices, and implement improvements and resolve issues as they arise * Successfully transitioning to an Agile workflow and software development processes

If I had to point to one downside, it would be some of the legacy issues that we faced during my time, but as per my other comments, these issues are being dealt with in as timely fashion as is possible.
