      Pros

      Helping women and children in need.

      Cons

      Poorly and unprofessionally managed. Complete lack of policy and procedures, and little understanding as to why that's a problem. The Board of Directors will not meet with staff when requested, so Executive Director behaves poorly and is free to continue doing so.
