      training program is excellent environment is nice

      welcome to the 80's management no empowerment no flexibility no work life balance management does not walk the walk encourage forward thinking no growth or development opportunities Pay is poor at best girls club

      Pros

      The atmosphere here is so welcoming and my training has been amazing. I just PCS here and as a military spouse I couldn't of asked for a better place to work. I love that you don't need any experience to get a job here.

      Cons

      I don't have any Cons and I do see why most people have 40+ years of working here.
