Pros

This company provides great opportunities to aquire lots of experience in many different areas in information technology. I worked for Armor Technologies for a year and can say it was a very challenging experience, as well as very rewarding one. Employees will get out of it, what they put into it. David provides many opportunities for you as an employee to grow. Management will definitely push your boundaries and will expect the jobs you do to be done correctly. David expecs nothing but quality work for his customers. Employees that can't get the jobs done adequately will not get the red carpet rolled out for them. David challenges his employees and wants his employees to succeed. However, some employees get discouraged and crack under David's expectations. If you can keep an open mind, can stay dedicated, and willing; the hard work will pay off and you will have many great skills to add to your resume. Other perks include: - A nice 1 hour lunch break - Above minimum wage pay

Cons

David expects his employees to perform and can sometimes be taken wrong when he is addressing performance issues. Personalities can clash in any work environment. Just make sure you maintain an honest and objective outlook on your overall performance and you'll be fine.

Pros

-One hour lunch break -Ability to work on multiple things -Willing to hire anyone who can submit their resume in a .PDF format. -Shop is right by some good eating places!

Cons

-HR/Payroll procedures are more than likely not complying with best practices or following legal requirements. -Landlord is regularly in the shop demanding unpaid rent money. -Cutting corners is done regularly due to the business' inability to professionally support the services that are being sold. -Paychecks were often late/bounced. -Direct deposit is only a available when there is enough money banked to support it. -Turn over rate is very high -Business owner gets involved in too many side projects to effectively manage and oversee daily operation. -Business owner would often do "trade of service"which was detrimental to the financial stability of the company and the timeliness of employee paychecks. -Utilities have gone unpaid for any given length of time. -Business owner demands that employees update personal social media accounts to reflect company employment and company advertising. -Make sure you read all legal documents before signing! The non-compete clause is very unreasonable. -Benefits are awful. Aside from vacation there are no competitive benefits.

If this were true you would not be anonymous. Are you mad that not one person here was unhappy to see you go? For the first time Geneva is performing since we have replacements there that are working. The shop has covered itself for the first month in a year. Also can you stop posting negative reviews over and over? There are people here working hard and getting paid well.
