Content Marketing has had a turnover of 3 people within 6 months, with the previous manager quitting largely due to burnout. I do not suggest accepting the job unless you are fully expert in the entire scope of the job, a SME in cybersecurity and expert at the over 20 programs you will need to do your day to day job...plus endless amounts of processes, spreadsheets, Google docs and missing source files with very little help or guidance from the manager.
Good luck getting all of your job functions done during normal business hours...there is no way around working nights and weekends. Upon telling my manager repeatedly how burned out and stressed I was, I was given 5 more things to do every single time, and given a list of changes for existing projects. And those changes were always questioned and criticized by other co-workers which led to projects that never ended.
Overall company culture was great but was nonexistent in marketing. It was start the meeting, have the meeting, then onto the next meeting with zero mind paid to actually creating a cohesive team on a human level.
I was repeatedly told I was doing great, in spite of being worried that I wasn't picking up the entire scope of the job fast enough. I even received a card in the mail telling me how great I was doing just 2 weeks before being let go (after only 60 work days) .
Absolutely the worst job experience I ever had and I cannot recommend the Content Marketing Position due to lack of leadership and inevitable burnout. The rest of the company is fantastic though and I do recommend working at Armorblox.
