A limited number of employees

- Armory really is a leading middle-market investment bank. Most of the senior employees come from bulge bracket banks, so it was a really good opportunity to learn from very talented people - Great culture. Co-workers got along well and the company is consistently growing - Overall a good experience. Was involved in some pretty impactful transactions. Smaller deal teams mean you work harder but you also get a lot more exposure to a deal than you typically would at a larger bank

No cons towards the company. Keep in mind it's investment banking, so be prepared to work hard and long hours
