Pros
I started with Armstrong 8 years ago as a premise tech. I was able to join a great team and a really supportive environment. They taught me everything I needed to know to be successful. The company genuinely cares about its employees. I was able to double my salary within 5 years through company paid training. Annual increases were WAY above what I had gotten with any previous employer. I accepted a promotion to my current role two years ago. I can't imagine working for anyone else. This is a special place to be!
Cons
The only " con" is that when working as a tech, alot of time is spent outside. That's great 9 months out of the year but, Jan. Feb. and Mar. are pretty cold. The company does try to limit outdoor work on the really cold days.
