Pros
Decent Pay, Superb office staff, & one of the coolest bosses/owner there is in the industry today.
Cons
1)Weather isn't always in your favor, which shortens one's hours, 2) Materials, for the most part, most wood, & steel chain link materials are somewhat heavy & or awkward to distribute amongst your jobsite,, however, most aluminum, & vinyl applications are way lighter in weight, than the 2 previous...
