Pros
For a customer service job I don't have much of an issue. Work is fair and they give employees leeway when dealing with irate customers. Not like the stereotypical customer service jobs where managers expect too much and throw you under the bus.
Cons
Base pay isn't bad, could always be higher. I'm worried for people who work harder they won't be compensated as well. So keep this in mind if you apply here. Benefits are weak, no matching 401K and a measly pension, but not paying for services like internet is a plus.
