Extremely bad work conditions! Exposure to very harmful chemicals . Management is terrible to there employees . They have zero respect an appreciation to any of there employees. Absolutely no opportunity to advance but will be expected to preform task of higher level positions with out a pay increase. Short staffed company and will be expected to work more as a production employee. Vacation is pro rated and very confusing first full week is not given till year 3 so you have little time off till then and if you make any mistakes they take your vacation time ! Everything is to there benefit you not there equals them losing money !!
