60 hour weeks with mandatory saturdays

You get paid so that's cool

Way to much Favoritetism with the Owner and shop foreman among certain people and ethnicities. Seen and heard many people being threatened to be fired for not wanting to work Saturday when you work 10 hour days monday-friday. Pay scale is way off it's about 17$ an hour to start they throw 1$ raises at you here and there if your lucky. They Just tell you what you want to hear to keep you and get you in the door. Shop foreman gets paid for production while employees dont so it's push push push work long hours and Saturdays while the foreman leaves early or doesn't come in at all. terrible breathing environment so much smoke in the shop because of inadequate exhaust fans,all the tools you have are older then some people working there and constantly breaking the owners are just cheap and clueless about what's going on and how things are done since they are born from money and didn't earn it..If your thinking about coming here I'd look somewhere else this place is a sinking ship.
