From the very beginning you will receive, possibly the worst product and sales training you have received in your life. The training is done by a former door to door sales guy who teaches methods of “sales” of how to get clients to upgrade a purchase they literally just made. You will do a “Test” which you should pass with ease as the product itself is easy to remember. The leads don’t belong to any particular person. You’re expected to call clients as many times as needed by as many people needed per day as the system will allow you to call or text. Some people receive 4-5 calls a day for weeks. While you’re on a call, managers will hover over you during a call but SPECIALLY when it’s time to get a client to apply for a 36 month loan that they will pay monthly depending on the size. The Managers are a group of young kids who are under qualified and don’t have any office etiquette. Cursing and loud rap music is a constant in the work floor. While on conversations with the customers will mute the microphone and speak badly about the clients and how bad the commission is if the client has poor credit. The is no constant other than dial until someone hopefully picks up the phone and make an attempt for them not to curse you out for calling them so many times. Leads and methods of contacting clients faster and better are kept secret and 10 people will constantly be up in sales while the rest of the office feeds off left overs. Go one day or two days without a sale to see how long it takes for the micromanaging to start. You will feel like a prisoner; the nearest restroom is not in the office. Please do yourself a favor and keep away until further notice is given of a drastic change in culture, product sales improvement and a proper training and development and qualified managers are in place.
