Lack of clear structure or process; priorities shift constantly with little communication Leadership reactive rather than strategic, which trickles down into constant fire-drills for the team. High turnover that the company doesn't seem to meaningfully address. Work-life balance suffers significantly; the always-on culture is not sustainable
