The brand itself is recognizable, and the products are well regarded in the luxury home fragrance space. Some employees at the individual contributor level are supportive and hardworking, which can make day-to-day collaboration easier despite broader issues.

The work environment is extremely toxic and driven by fear rather than respect. Leadership frequently communicates in a confrontational and unprofessional manner, including yelling, public criticism, and dismissive behavior toward employees. This creates a stressful atmosphere where people feel undervalued and anxious rather than motivated. There is little psychological safety, and many employees appear afraid to speak up or ask questions. Turnover is high, and institutional knowledge is often lost as a result. Expectations can be unrealistic, priorities change without warning, and accountability is not applied consistently across levels of the organization.
