I couldn't be happier with my career path. Arrive's rapid growth is a great reflection of how this company runs and treats their employees. Catered lunch on Fridays, consistent happy hours, and massages once a month are just some of the many perks Arrive has to offer. Arrive spends a significant amount of time focusing on creating a healthy culture, its almost impossible not to have a good time.
Cons
This job is a grind. You need to be a self starter and ready to work for it. If your not naturally competitive, then this company is not for you. If your looking for a cushy 9-5, then this job is not for you. Arrive has high expectations but they come with great rewards.
