Pros
First- I really wish I could give Arrive 6 stars. The best thing about Arrive is that from top level management down, everyone at Arrive wants you to succeed. That, I think, is the biggest thing about Arrive that sets this company apart from others. I'm not just talking about the pay (which, salary + no capped commission is amazing- you can make alot of money if you work hard at Arrive). I define "success" as having the knowledge, training, and know how to be able to achieve your own personal goals, whether at a company or in general, and Arrive has hired the best people in the industry. You will be taught by the best, and will become the best in turn. If you can accept mistakes, work hard, and accept the knowledge of those around you, you will be successful. Your boss will have been in your shoes, and his main motivation will be for you to succeed. Your coworkers will become your best friends. You will end up laughing and complaining about the same stuff, but its impossible for this job to get old. If you are lucky enough to get an on site interview at Arrive, sell yourself and don't look back. Also Arrive has a pretty awesome caffeine bar, games, parties, and competitions. Health care plan is great, 401k, etc, typical company perks.
Cons
You will be tired at the end of the week. It will be well earned, however. You are a highly trained problem solver, and problems in transportation occur. You will have people yell at you over the phone. If you are a hungry rep, sitting next to someone who is not can be infuriating. Not really a con, but if you are doing everything you can to be successful, its not fun having someone who isn't on your team.
