Pros

From a non sales perspective - - The people here are great. It’s a young company that likes to have fun and really does care about you. - Casual dress code. No one here cares what you wear. - There is often free food around the office. - By the airport in Austin, so plenty of parking and a relatively easy commute for most. - Career development options but nothing special

Cons

- Vacation time is nonexistent. It varies by department which also isn’t fair. You’ll typically get 10 days to start, and will be shamed if you actually want to take off. - 401k is not competitive. - Diversity and inclusion does not exist. - Most of upper management is made up of children who don’t know what they’re doing. - “Bro” culture. Ideal for recent grads in their 20s. If you don’t fall in that category, it probably won’t be a great fit. - Hybrid work schedule and working hours are not flexible - Shady and non transparent management - Most positions are underpaid

Pros

Ability to earn commission, but it’s all on you. Ability to run your own book

Cons

Handed off accounts drive success of most reps, if you are on a newer team, it’s a lot harder to find success.
