If you're new to the industry its a good place to learn the ropes but don't expect to make any real money here anymore.
Cons
Lies are rampant around commissions, they just slashed commissions AGAIN. No real leadership here, just a Command logistics good ole boys club. Other 3PL's pay way better than here, mentally draining and leadership is a extremely poor.
