Pros
I really love and enjoy the culture. The company believes that our family culture is our biggest competitive advantage and I very much agree. We work really hard to maintain it and nurture it and we're proud of the community we're building at the company. Another thing I really appreciate is that when a mistake is made the leadership team doesn't seem to have an issue at all with saying...whoops. This isn't working. Let's back up a moment and get this right. I haven't experienced that at other companies. I enjoy a fast pace and with our growth there is never a dull moment. But it's fun. It really is. I enjoy coming to work and I love the people I work with. We work hard and play hard. I'm proud that we've created 1,064 new jobs for our country and the communities we serve over the last 5 years. It feels really good to be a part of something like that. We're constantly doing things in the community and there are many opportunities to serve. in the last year the company formed a Veterans Team to reach out to Vets to help them in various ways as well as to help find them jobs within our company. I'm really excited about this! I hope to retire from the company.
