Pros

Leadership truly cares about the people on our team. Our team works hard to do great work for our clients, and everyone collaborates across the company. Everyone is willing to ask for help and learn from each other. The culture is fun and positive, and our CEO invests in fun activities and gifts for our team (especially when people are going through hard times).

Cons

Things can be busy, especially with seasonal client projects that require more time, but leadership always works with us so that we have support. We're growing quickly as a company, which requires people to be builders, doers, and problem-solvers. This is also a very technical industry, which means that in order to be successful on this team, you have to invest in continuous education and learning.

Pros

Our team is highly collaborative and genuinely cares about each other and our clients. We get to know our clients personality and commit to supporting them and their goals to the best of our ability. We value continued learning, regularly sharing books and best practices, as well as monthly Emotional Intelligence training. We find ways to show love to our team and our clients through small thoughtful gifts and words of appreciation. Our leadership values the opinions of everyone on the team and makes sure we feel heard through weekly 1:1 meetings to connect and set goals. Our remote/flexible environment allows for work-life balance.

Cons

The initial learning curve is steep if you do not already come from the PCI/Merchant Services industry. We face the same challenges that all fully remote teams face in trying to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing in a virtual world (although I think we do it pretty well!)

Good salaries offered, which is needed as the workload is very high. Growth at the company is strong but team is small so support can suffer with growth.
