      Pros

      Support staff very knowledgeable, understanding and easy to work with. I feel sorry for them that they are stuck at a dead end job.

      Cons

      Management too scared to trust their staff. You will never make the money that they promised. Work environment very tenuous at best.I have never worked at a company that had so many people quitting. Very negative attitude and work environment.

      Had a fantastic experience working for this company. Great experience learning under the lead installers, and great group of co workers overall.

      It's a challenging place to work as the company builds custom products. Every job is a little different.

      Heavy on the paperwork. It does seem to be getting better
