Pros

If I hadn't moved across country I would still be here. The management in the service department is great and always has your back when you need it.

Cons

Long work days, 50-60 hour weeks.

Pros

Great product and free coffee

Cons

Too much time, energy & effort spent just to not be recognized, rewarded or praised while others who do the bare minimum are coddled because of favoritism/seniority. High turnover due to demoralization upon observing dynamics & ecosystem inhibiting even a livable wage, let alone fitting the job description & responsibilities. Sexual harassment & quid pro quos rampant in the form of solicitation & management handing out "done deals" to their favorites. Hypocritical management who claim to want to grow the business & make it easy for salespeople to sell cars but do nothing to achieve that end. Only posturing for lackluster meetings, feigning excitement & a level playing field. One salesperson in particular essentially can show up, do no work & still make a six-figure salary because his mother is the general manager's personal attorney. Personnel has a decidedly difficult time dealing with a diverse pool of clientele (as well as employees), particularly Black & brown; a lack of cultural awareness & compatibility. The General Sales Manager from North Dakota & New Car Director (failed GM from lawsuit-riddled ABC Nissan) run the place completely contrary to what one would expect from a luxury brand. The whole culture is very crab-in-a-barrel. Hardly any camaraderie, support or incentive to put in the work being demanded. Ineptitude at every level in the sales environment, from those on the floor, to those in finance, to those overseeing the whole department. Arrowhead BMW claims to strive for progress & improvement, but is complacent in mediocrity & refuses to get out of their own way.
