Incredible doctors but poor management and toxic culture - Medical Assistant Arrowhead Orthopaedics Employee Review

I like that they have flexible working schedules available. Friendly staff since I've started working here I've been welcomed with open arms, supported, and upper management has been attentive to my needs and ensuring everything is going well.

Provides opportunities to learn/enhance skills, fun co workers, decent benefits

overloaded patient schedule (around 21 patients/day and double bookings per half hour), does not value employees and their legitimate concerns, requires PTAs to formulate progress reports with all tests/measurements and assessments, does not train well with expected duties, not generous or understanding with time off, new CEO has fired multiple employees, requires you to see walk-in patients, computer/scheduling system is consistently not working, poor communication between front desk/management/employees.
