Stressful , over worked . Low pay, computer system sucks . I was working out of 4 computer systems . Front desk and billing team rely on the authorizations team to input every detail in computer systems . There should be more training for the other teams so they can help input insurance info as well . There is one person per office. One person is in charge of checking benefits for every patient ... which is a lot! The work load is absolutely ridiculous. The pay is not worth it . Email set up sucks. Everyone’s emails go to your email and you have to search each email which can easily be up to 100 emails a day. Gossip in the office , and supervisor believes they have to speak up on behalf of the co worked who told since they are friends . The office set up is unorganized and it sucks . To properly process one order , there are 10 steps to do , it’s very time consuming. Overall it’s very stressful . To much work , little pay.
